Yes. We ship worldwide to all countries and territories served by Ukrposhta's international postal network.

What is the default delivery service?

We usually ship with Ukrposhta, the national postal operator of Ukraine. After customs clearance, your parcel is delivered by your country's postal service. All shipments include tracking. Express delivery (UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.) is available on request. However, because customs procedures vary by country and international regulations continue to change, express delivery is not always faster than standard postal delivery and may still be delayed during customs clearance.

How long does it take for the parcel to be delivered to me by Ukrposhta?

Estimated delivery times: • USA: 10-20 business days • Canada: 10-20 business days • Europe: 7-15 business days • United Kingdom: 7-15 business days • Australia & New Zealand: 15-30 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees in the United States?

For US buyers: No additional customs charges are due upon delivery. Your order is shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so import duties are prepaid by the seller and included in the total amount you pay at Etsy checkout. There are no cash-on-delivery customs payments.

Will EU buyers have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For most EU countries, no additional payment is required upon delivery. VAT is usually collected by Etsy at checkout, and import charges are prepaid by the seller whenever available. However, buyers in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovenia may pay a local postal/customs processing fee (typically €1.28-15, depending on the country). Orders over €150 may also be subject to import VAT, customs duties based on the type of goods, and clearance fees. Tip: If possible, place multiple items as separate orders of up to €150 each. This usually allows applicable import charges to be collected at checkout. If unsure, please contact your local postal service or message me before ordering.

Will buyers from other countries have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For countries other than the United States and the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or processing fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unsure, please contact your local postal or customs authority or message me before placing your order.

Why hasn't my tracking updated for several days after leaving Ukraine customs?

This is normal for international shipments. After export customs clearance in Ukraine, parcels travel between countries and are often not scanned while in transit. Tracking usually resumes when the shipment is received and scanned by the destination country's postal service or customs. Customs processing times vary by country, so updates may pause for several days before the next scan appears.
