Only standard-size dresses in the range of 2-12, and standard length, ordered without any custom modifications or alterations, are eligible for return. In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in new, unused condition. It should be free from any signs of use, such as makeup, deodorant, alterations, stains, odors, or other signs of wear. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, which should be the silk pouch. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

There is no refund for items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession, unclaimed parcels or delivered to a wrong address by buyer's fault. This includes issues related to non-existent addresses, undeliverable shipments, unpaid duties, taxes, or confiscation by customs. Check the delivery address you gave the seller, to make sure it's correct. Refunds exclude all shipping and rush production charges.

No cancellation may be made after payment is applied. If the customer cancels made-to-order item after production's begun, we'll deduct 30% of the item cost.

Unfortunately we don't have a special program for trying on wedding dresses at home because all our dresses are made to order. That is why we can’t offer a multiple orders option, so that you could order several dresses to try on, pick one and return the rest of the dresses to us. However, if you do order several dresses with the intention of leaving one and returning the rest, you must agree with our return policy, according to which you pay for the delivery of each dress that you return. $50 as a restocking fee for each dress will be deducted from your refund.

Any international shipment is a subject for customs and may be checked by arriving, we have no control over that. Refusal to pay such charges at delivery will lead to a $100 penalty fee that will be deducted from any applicable refund. As customs regulations differ from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Bridal sizes aren't the same as street sizes, so you might need to go up a size or two from what you usually wear. It’s very important to provide your height in the personalization box. We offer wedding dresses in regular (170 cm or 5'7"), tall (176 cm or 5'9"), and petite (164 cm or 5'4") lengths, so it's important to adjust not only the skirt, but also the bodice. If your height does not fit within our range of lengths, we recommend contacting our consultant and having a custom-made dress made based on your measurements. All orders placed with an empty personalization field are executed as standard orders of regular length.

We are happy to offer customization on many of our designs. If you’d like to make any changes, such as adjusting the neckline, modifying the length, adding sleeves, or altering specific details, please contact us before placing your order. This allows us to confirm whether your requested customizations are possible. Once your customization is approved, you will be asked to list each request clearly and separately in the personalization box at checkout. This ensures we have a precise record of every detail you want incorporated. Your dress will then be handmade and customized according to the information you provide, so please double-check that all instructions are accurate and complete.

After trying all other dresses, finally found THE ONE! Love the quality, color, shape…everything. Unona was very helpful, honest and responsive. This dress was perfect for my courthouse “wedding” & small reception. I love that I was able to provide my measurements from the start and when it arrived it fit like a glove. No alterations required! The material felt very expensive. It has a stretch to it which adds to comfort, but without looking cheap. The sells communicated with me throughout and made sure my dress arrived on time. Very satisfied!
