Do you offer Free Shipping? Do you have Local Pickup

I do not offer “free shipping” because there is no such thing—shipping costs real money, and every order is different. I ship with care, and because each item varies in size, weight, and fragility, I cannot build a flat shipping cost into the item price. Additionally, shipping costs vary depending on the distance to the destination, which makes it impossible to apply a one-size-fits-all rate. Local pickup is available provided prior arrangements and payment have been made. Please contact us through Etsy Messaging to make arrangements for local pickup.

How do you price your shipping charges.

I input an estimated size and weight of the finished package for the largest and/or heaviest option in the listing. Smaller or lighter options will cost less. I will refund the excess shipping Etsy no longer allows separate handling charges, so the cost of packing materials and additional insurance are included in the item price. The shipping cost you see at checkout is based on an estimated size and weight that I provide when listing the item. However, the actual size and weight aren't finalized until the item is carefully packed after it's sold. If the actual shipping cost ends up being lower than estimated, I will refund the difference to you. I want you to pay only what it truly costs to get your item safely to your door—nothing more.

Can you ship with shippers other than the USPS

Yes. However, Etsy only calculates USPS rates and labels. For larger or heavier packages, alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx may offer better pricing and similar transit times. I always check shipping costs with other shippers. I will use the least expensive shipper as long as shipping transit times are similar to the USPS service you selected. If you’d like a shipping estimate from another carrier before purchasing, feel free to message me with your zip code and the items you’re interested in.

Will you do combined shipping if I purchase more than one item?

Yes. COMBINED SHIPPING Etsy does not automatically calculate combined shipping. If you’re purchasing multiple items, please send me a message with: • The list of items you’d like to buy • Your zip code I’ll get back to you with a combined shipping estimate and work with you to save on shipping wherever possible.

Do your accept "change of mind" returns?

We are happy to accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions: You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, as received. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we do not accept returns on vintage clothing. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Refund for Not as Described

Item Description and Refund Policy We take great care to provide accurate, detailed descriptions and include multiple photos of each item—these photos are considered part of the item’s description. If you receive an item that significantly differs from its listed description, we will issue a full refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the entire description and look at all the pictures. Please review all descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. Keep in mind that all items in our shop are vintage—at least 20 years old—and as such, may show signs of age or use. Minor imperfections should be expected and are considered part of the item's character. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase.

What if the item is damaged in shipping?

We pack carefully and insure all shipments for their full value. In the rare case of damage during shipping, we’ll file a claim on your behalf. To do so, carriers require photos of the damaged item, the outer and inner packaging, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved. USPS may require you to bring everything—including undamaged items—to your local post office for inspection and provide a form, which we may need to submit the claim. We also document our packing process with photos to support any claims. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if a claim is denied due to missing required materials. Thank you for your understanding!

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost you will have to contact the local shipper's office and open a case to search for the package. I will contact the local shipper on my end also to see if they can help in the search. It takes some time for this process to finalize. I will refund when and if the claim is accepted and a refund is issued. If your package has been stolen, please contact your local law enforcement.

Incorrect shipping address

If you have put an incorrect shipping address on the order we cannot retrieve the package once it has been shipped. You will have to try to get the package from the address where you had it shipped.

Shipment marked return to sender, or shipments returned by the shipper because the buyer failed to pick up the shipment.

In either of these cases, there will be no refund.

Antique ceramic dog and cat figurines, unmarked, often attributed to Tevvy. Each piece has a top opening originally meant for a small perfume wick, though they also work for essential oils, toothpicks, pens, stylus, or a tiny place card. Sometimes labeled as toothbrush holders, but the openings are too small for any standard toothbrush.
