The quality of the photo and the amount of damage can really be different. To estimate the level of damage please send us your photo and we will tell you what can we do. It really depends on a lot of factors your original photo may or may not have, to be sure we we can restore yours just contact us!

What if I don't like the result?

We are confident in our skills. Also, we want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with the result. If the photo you shared is impossible to make look perfect, we can: 1️⃣ Give you a refund (partial or full) 2️⃣ Restore/edit the second photo for you for free 3️⃣ Keep on working on it until it is as good as it can be!

I am so impressed with the restoration of my photo that had missing parts & was totally fixed. The sentimental part is that my sister will receive the precious fixed photo she thought would be impossible to restore. A cherished gift a photo of past memories now that her husband has been diagnosed with an illness. Awesome professional restoration. The process & interaction with Alex was outstanding. Bravo!!!

Look no further! Right here is the most personable and delightful shop owner in all of Etsy! I have been been conducting a labor of love at home - scanning and organizing family photos from the last 150 years or so. Much as I love the patina of age on the originals, replicating these photos can be a disappointment as the result is like looking at a treasured memory through a wool sock. With a hangover. This is where Alex comes in! He has done many restorations for me, on time and to a high standard, and has been unfailingly cheery and capable throughout.
