How do commissions work?

If you love my art style but don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, or would like a personalized painting, a commission is a great choice for you! To get a custom painting, please message me through Etsy or my Instagram account @party.duck.art. Let me know what you would like me to paint you! Often times my clients will send me reference photos of what they’d like me to paint for them, and then we discuss size options and price from there. Once we agree on a size and price, I get to work and give you updates along the way. When it’s complete I’ll make a custom listing for you where you can pay and enter shipping info. Then your custom art will be shipped shortly :)

What happens if my art is damaged in the mail?

Let me know! Simply message me and we will figure something out. I have not had any instances of damaged art as of yet, due to the rigid packaging and preventative measures I take. However, I cannot control how USPS handles the packages so there is always a slight chance for this to happen.
