I am not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, or other factors. Once your order has been marked as shipped, I can assure you it was sent out. Once items leave the shop, they are in the hands of the post office and I’m unable to assist much further than that. Your order may show a "pre transit" status for a longer length of time due to delays, and in some instances it’ll never update at all. Items will NOT be replaced due to delays. By purchasing from my shop, you are agreeing to these terms and understand once the order is marked as shipped, I am unable to assist with the orders delivery. Etsy generally will refund you directly if the order is lost in transit, or happens to be delivered to the wrong location.

For all decals, an instruction card will be provided, and alcohol prep pads are included as well for assistance applying! If you are more of a visual learner, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials out there as well :)

The types of vinyl I use are generally cricut brand, Starcraft HD, or Oracle 651. If you order multiple decals, please keep in mind that you may not receive all the same brand or finish! Also note, it’s not at all common but a few options may be TEXTURED vinyl (currently Neon Watermelon is only textured) , they will still be permanent and can go on any surface regular vinyl will go on, but message me if this is not something you’d like

Most items specifically list when you are picking the height or the width. Any item that doesn’t specify that will be measured by the height or the width based on the size chosen, and depending on the item. If there are specific questions please reach out!

Returns and refunds & cancellations

I generally don’t accept returns or refunds, unless all steps are followed and you’re still unable to get the decal, I will offer an exchange. But this is only IF all steps are followed. After that, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the new decal will be sent upon receipt of the old one. All sales are final. Message me BEFORE purchasing if there are any requests or questions. Orders will not be cancelled AT ALL once they are placed.

My order was marked as delivered but it’s not here, what can I do?

At this point I’m unable to assist as this action is completed by a third party. Please reach out to neighbors, your local post office, etc for help locating your package. No replacements will be provided for lost orders.

There’s an issue with my order, what should I do?

We’re all human here and sometimes mistakes are made on both parts. Please give me the opportunity to correct your issue before leaving me a negative review. I’m always 100% willing and happy to help if I make a mistake, but I need that in a message instead of a review, as there may have been a simple misunderstanding and a negative review can sometimes make a break a small Etsy business. I am one person here making your orders with care (unless there’s an emergency my husband will jump in, but that’s happened once in the past 1.5 years) and will never claim to have done everything perfect. And don’t worry, if I make a mistake and need to send you a brand new item, you’ll get some freebies included ;)

Is my item coming from a smoke free home?

Yes it is coming from a smoke free home, nothing to worry about there. However, I do have two cats and a puppy that love to help me craft sometimes, and while I do everything possible to ensure no hairs or any other debris are there, sometimes the transfer tape is so sticky/hard to see through that I don’t see them. This is incredibly rare that it’ll happen, but wanted to make it known if someone is incredibly allergic to cats or dogs. :)

Will my decal look exactly like the picture?

These are cut with a machine and then hand weeded by myself. I do try my very best to get them looking exactly like the picture, but depending on the size and type of vinyl used (dependent on the color picked), it may not be exactly the same. Pieces will all still be there, but one thing may be moved a hair to the right or the left that I can’t see right away. Once you get your decal, you are free to move it around as you have please, or use a hobby knife to trim it a little to fit your preference :)

How will my order be shipped?

If your order is just for decals, it will be shipped via USPS, but the label itself will be owned by a company called Pitney Bowes. The tracking WILL NOT appear on USPS's site and will show invalid, but if you go to the Pitney Bowes site and track there, it will show up there. This means that USPS themselves ONLY owns the shipping process, not the label itself. Etsy has sellers use this option as it is more cost effective for buyers and sellers, and I personally prefer it so I can keep shipping costs low for customers. Pitney Bowes tracking delays do happen to be more common. If you'd like your order shipped with a USPS label, please message me for a custom listing, but please keep in mind this will likely increase your order by $4-$5.

I was instructed about the delayed shipment so it came a bit late, but it arrived ok! Application was a bit tricky since the decal would not stick onto the transfer sticker but once we figured it out it turned out great on my car! Super high quality and clean look, thank you!
