I placed my order and when it arrived the very top the outer frame was damaged through shipping. I contacted the seller and they sent me a whole new one promptly. I highly recommend these sellers. They did not have to send me a whole new puzzle when it was just the outer frame that was damaged. I can't wait for my mom's 80th birthday and her see this! She is going to love it!
