• Finished products are available for shipment within 1-2 business days.
• These felted wool slippers can be made in any size . The felting process
takes time, so I kindly ask you to be patient and wait about 3-7 days for
your item to be made and prepared for shipment.
• Standard international delivery is usually 3-4 weeks
• UPS Express to USA, Canada for 5-7 business day!
• Select the appropriate delivery method on the checkout page.
• Delivery time may change due to delays at customs or logistics problems.

Gift wrapping and packaging
• After your purchase your order will be carefully prepared for shipping.
• The slippers will be placed in a nice green linen bag and a white paper bag with a logo BeFeltWool
You will also receive instructions on how to care for felted products. Then all this will be placed in a standard mailing box.

• Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below:

Chair pad

•Chair pad made of natural wool can be washed by hand in warm soapy water up to 30°C or 86 F, using a wool / silk detergent.
• Rinse in warm water. Press, create the correct shape and leave to dry.
• Pillowcases can be ironed iron in the "wool".

Slippers

• You can only ventilate felt shoes in moist air.
• Gently hand washed in in warm water (up to 30 degrees C or 86 degrees Fahrenheit), using a wool/silk detergent.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
• Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• When you return the item, you should mark the custom form with "Returned goods" and under the column for "Value" you should write "N/A" (Non Applicable). If you don't mark this correctly, I could be charged extra by Customs. If this happens,Я должен вычесть таможенные сборы из вашего возмещения.
