Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be provided after receiving the item. Customer must pay return shipping.

We accept the order cancellation until the product are sent. An exception are personalized products - they are not refundeble. Refunds in case of closing the order are made in the amount of 94% of the original amount (PayPal commission is not refundable) during 7 days.

Busy Boards should not be submerged in water, use a damp cloth to wipe them.

We will make an official request for searching for the parcel in a Postal Company. The Postal Service can respond the request within 30-60 days (sometimes earlier). The parcel will either be found and delivered, or recognized as lost. If the parcel is lost, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order . If the parcel is found, but delivered very late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not accurate, but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.

Additional fees and customs duties
