Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to entertain inquiries for custom work. Custom orders may involve an additional cost due to the choice of materials. Payment in full is expected before I begin work. Completion date will be agreed upon before work begins. There are no refunds for custom.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are shipped in soft padded cardboard jewelry box. The color and size of the boxes can vary. Packages are small and light for minimum shipping fee.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If I send something back, will I get the postage refunded for the return?

In case of a return due to a defect, we will of course refund the return postage by enclosing it with the re-shipment or by refunding it with the purchase amount. When returning or exchanging because of disagreement, so if no mistake on our part is based, the buyer bears the cost of the return.
