Can I download the files to my cell phone or tablet?

No, you must use a computer or laptop to download and unzip the zipped folder to access the files.

I need to rush my order but don't want to pay to upgrade my shipping

The only way to rush your order is to upgrade your shipping at checkout. A refund nor a digital file replacement will be given to customers who don't want to pay to upgrade their shipping. If a buy doesn't pay to upgrade their shipping, their order will shipped USPS Ground Advantage (2-6 business days).

Do I need to have any special software to open the files?

For PDF files, the only software required is Adobe Reader, which is FREE to download and install on your computer or laptop. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Why am I receiving an error message when opening a zipped folder?

You will receive an error message if you are attempting to open a zipped folder in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Zip folders cannot be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You must first unzip the folder first, navigate to and open the unzipped folder to open the individual files in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will receive an error message if you attempt to open the zip folder BEFORE it is finished downloading. Please re-download a fresh copy of the zip folder and allow sufficient time for the folder to finish downloading before you attempt to open the folder.

What kind of paper do I need to print digital files?

Joytations recommends printing on at least 100 lb white matte card stock for games/activities and RSVP cards. For all other stationery, you can print on glossy or semi-glossy if you prefer. All files are formatted to print on standard 8.5" x 11" (inches) paper.

Why is my digital file printing blurry or at a smaller size?

- Make sure you've selected the right paper size (for example, if you're printing 8.5"x11", select US Letter size) - Make sure you're printing at 100% (when you click print, under page scaling: 'none' should be selected)

Will the files print exactly the same colors I see on my computer screen?

You will see a slight variation in color between the printed file and how the file appears on your computer screen. This is because, not only do colors vary from monitor to monitor, but they also vary depending on the type of paper you use, your printer and your printer settings. An inkjet printer will produce different color results than a laser printer.

Can I add, delete or exchange games in package deals?

Joytations' package deals are already discounted therefore games can NOT be added, deleted nor exchanged/"swapped" for other games. I chose to add package deals to my shop as a special/discount for my customers. By purchasing package deals, you're saving $18.00. All of the games in my package deals are sold separately.

Do you offer printing services?

I only offer printed stickers/labels & I'm only shipping to the U.S. at this time.
