I'll refund your money at any point prior to you approving your print. Once you tell me you love your proof, that's it. There is no way of you returning to me a disc with your art on it or a physical print and me reselling that piece to recoup the cost. Your work was created with love, for you. I won't give it to anyone else.

I'm passionate about delivering quality work to my customers. The growth of this business is important to me and for this I keep a tight and clean shop. I turn around projects quickly, and professionally. I believe in open lines of communication. I'd much rather have a customer come to me with a change request than leave unsatisfied.

BestPhotoMagic reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.

By purchasing BestPhotoMagic artwork, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use BestPhotoMagic artwork.
All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by BestPhotoMagic.

You CANNOT redistribute any artworks by BestPhotoMagic as clipart or claim the item as your own for resale in any shape or form. You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic, repackage and resell the individual parts.

You are not allowed to use the graphic as-is in creating End Products for sale.

- You can use our graphics on personal or non-profit projects without credit and license as long as NO MONEY is made.

- For your personal logo/blog/social media/website/cards etc you can use our artwork without license, if you create any design for a client or for sale you must buy our commercial license.

- Our artwork packs come with small commercial use (500 copies sold or less) however to use our artwork commercially We require graphic credit be given to BestPhotoMagic placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed (Only on Etsy shops). So you purchase the clipart or paper pack normally without an extra license and you credit us. If you plan commercially use our artworks in product for sale outside Etsy you should buy our commercial license.

- The Limited Commercial License NO Credit required gives you the right to use purchased item at BestPhotoMagic in products for sale (500 copies sold or less). The NO Credit License gives you the right to our designs but keep it a secret.

- Each NO Credit License applies to a single product. If you want to use several products, you should buy a separate NO Credit License for each item in our shop.

- If you do not purchase this license you must credit BestPhotoMagic in your products and designs on your Etsy shop. This license is for the use of our designs without credit.


* If you plan to manufacture an item with our design in excess of 500 pieces you must contact us for a different price plan.
