Can I customize my order?

The templates available vary (e.g there are Google Sheets, Canva templates) so the degree of customization will also vary among the products in the shop. I recommend sending me a message if you have any questions prior to purchase. Typically you can customize almost everything with Google Sheets and Canva templates. But, again my recommendation is to drop me a message if you have any questions prior to purchase.

I have purchased a product from your shop but I need help getting started

With every order I provide instructions on how to access and use each product but if you need any further assistance, I'm here to help you. You can message me through Etsy with your question and I will provide you will personalized support to get you up and running in no time :)

Downloading Digital Products

1. If you're having issues downloading your product, scroll above to the Digital Downloads section and click the link for instructions on how to download a digital item. 2. If you're using a tablet or mobile phone please note at this time digital products cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app. Please use the web browser rather than the app to download your product. (Note you may need to also log out of the app for this to work) Any questions please message me.

Can I use your templates on my phone?

This really depends on the product. For some products you will need to download the respective app to be able to use the product on your phone (eg Google Sheets app). Please read the product description for each product for more information around this. Google Sheets templates can be accessed via your smartphone, however for best user experience my recommendation is to use the Google Sheets templates on your laptop or desktop. If you have any questions, please message me prior to purchase and I'll be happy to provide you with more information specific to you, the devices you use and the products you're interested in.
