If you are unsure of your size, please follow these instructions for accurate measurement:
- Body Length: Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to bottom of the front hem.
- Body Width: Lay garment flat. 1" below the armhole flat, measure the garment across the chest.
- Sleeve Length: Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neck to outer edge of shoulder seam, then along outer edge to sleeve end.

Printing:
- We use the DTG printing technology.
- Sweatshirts are made to order.
- The image is printed on the sweatshirt surface.
- We do not use glitter or textured elements in production. All images are just printed.

Washing Instructions:
- Turn the sweatshirt inside out.
- Do not wash on temperatures higher than 30°C.
- It is preferred to iron your sweatshirt inside out to avoid damage and prevent staining.

Shipping:
- We are located in Ohio, USA.
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-6 business days.
- We ship via USPS and DHL.
- Domestic delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.
- International delivery typically takes 2-5 weeks.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact telephone number are correct to avoid delays caused by misinformation.
- If your parcel appears to be stuck, please wait 1-2 weeks before contacting us to allow time for postal services and international customs to complete their duties.

Exchanges and Returns:
