I indicate the sizes and colors of the products in the product description.
Since the items are handcrafted from natural material, there may be slight differences in color, shape and size.
Actual product color may vary slightly from what it appears on screen.

If the product is dirty, it can be
wipe with a soft cloth;
clean with a dry soft brush;
rinse under a warm shower and let dry on a flat surface.

Do not use a stiff brush when caring for the product. As well as bleaching and abrasive products. Do not wash the product with hot water.

Please keep your product away from fire and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.

I will beautifully pack your gift with kraft paper, twine and a braided star decor. Inside I can add a greeting card with a message.
I pack all parcels very carefully and securely:
- paper form;
- a layer of sparkling lenok;
- Stretch film;
- box.
If the product is small, I will pack the box in a postal bag.

All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Conditions of return:
buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you.
Returns are at your expense.

In case of return or exchange of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale).
