Are the gemstones used in the jewels natural?

Yes, all gemstones used in our products are 100% natural. Each and every gemstone is carefully selected and inspected before mounting it on the jewel. If any reputable lab claims otherwise, we will issue full refund.

What about gemstone enhancements/treatments?

We have a very strict policy of disclosing enhancements to our customers. Some of the commonly accepted enhancements are as follows : Ruby : Heat Treatment Heat treatment is a very common colour and clarity enhancement done in rubies. Around 95% of the rubies on the market are heat treated. Sapphire : Heat Treatment Like rubies, Sapphires are also heat treated to improve colour and clarity of the stone. Heat treatment is commonly accepted enhancement. Emerald : Oiling (Fracture Filling) Emeralds contain a lot of fractures within them and hence these fractures are filled with oil to improve the clarity and make the stone much more stable. We accept and use stones treated with ONLY and ONLY the above mentioned treatments.

Is customisation available on our products?

Yes, our products are customisable and you can send us a message regarding your requirements. We will then study the design and the gemstone and give you a quote and an estimated time of delivery.

I have my own design, can you make it for me?

Yes! We would be more than happy to make your designs and ideas come true. You can send us your designs and we will get back to you with a price quote and estimated time of delivery.

Are your products available for wholesale?

Yes, we offer a special rate for people who would like to order in wholesale. We are very competitive in pricing and we would deliver you the best possible price for a wholesale order.

Are the jewels made up of solid gold or just gold plated?

We offer both 14K and 18K gold variation on our products. When the customer selects 18K or 14K Gold option, the ring is made in 14K or 18K solid gold and is not gold plated. We hallmark each our product with gold purity so that the consumer is assured about the quality and it can also be helpful in appraisals

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our products come with a standard ring box. We also offer gift wrapping services and it is free of any additional cost. Just drop a message to us in the personalisation form and we will gift wrap the jewel for you.

We advise all our customers to gently wash the ring with Luke warm water, soap and a tooth brush. However, there are certain stones which need special care. Emeralds : Emeralds should NEVER be put into an ultrasonic cleaner. Just use mild soap and water to clean it. Pearls : Pearls should not be exposed to chemicals in perfume, cosmetics and body lotion as the nacre gets affected Opals : Opals should not face sudden temperature changes as they are very soft and they can crack. It is called crazing in gemological terms Turquoise : Turquoise should not be exposed to acid or chemicals of any kind. Hence it is advised to remove the ring while doing any household chores.

How long does the shipping take?

Every order is shipped via Fedex international priority and it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to reach the destination. We use door to door delivery and once you've ordered, you won't have to go anywhere to pick up your order. It will come straight to the delivery address.

By the estimated delivery date, the ring hadn’t even shipped yet. I received no updates from the seller until I reached out. Upon receiving the ring, it was covered in small scuffs and scratches, as if it had been worn for years. There are also small nicks all around the edges of the ring, and a large one next to the diamond itself that is so deep, I can feel it when I run my finger across it. The ring was thoroughly wrapped, so I don’t think this damage could’ve come from shipping, but rather, the damage occurred at the place of manufacture. I’m incredibly disappointed in such glaring quality control issues, especially after being told that the ring was polished before I received it. Edit: Be weary of this shop’s 5-star reviews. The seller just tried to offer me 10% off to either delete my review or change it to 5 stars.

Hello Andrew, We always try to work out with our customers but the things that were done made us post a public comment. We asked the customer to return the ring and we will send full refund but the customer wanted to keep the ring AND full refund. The customer blackmailed us not only on Etsy but on instagram comments and on WhatsApp also. The customer threatened to destroy our perfect 5 star record in case we don't issue full refund. The ring is very valuable ring with genuine natural diamond. It was a response we never had expected from someone. We work really really hard to make sure the rings are of top notch quality and if you don't like it we accept returns also. But please don't harass us like that.
