How The Digital Download Works

1. Once your payment clears, you’ll receive a notification from Etsy letting you know your printables are ready to download. 2. Download your PDF files to your computer and save them. 3. After downloading the files, click on the template title link. If you are accessing Canva templates REMEMBER to make a copy before you start editing. For printable PDF templates simply click to open and then add content (if you have fillable editing options) or print out. 4. Enjoy using your new template. How Do I Find My Digital Download

Once you have paid for your digital download Etsy will send you a confirmation email letting you know your products are ready to download. You will see a link to View My Files which will take you to the Download Page where you can access your files. Due to the instant nature of our designs, I do not accept returns or exchanges for any of my digital items. All my designs are made with great thought to produce well-designed products that help make running your business easier. However, I really want you to be happy with your purchase so please get in touch so I can see how I can help resolve the issue.

Sharing, Selling and Distributing Files

The sharing, selling and distributing of any of the digital files you purchase from Social Magpie Design Co are strictly prohibited. All designs are for personal use only. Any violations of this will be taken very seriously and legal action will be taken. Etsy will also be notified if you are found plagiarising any of these templates. All the content, layout styling and designs remain the copyright of Social Magpie Design Co.

It is always best to contact me through Etsy so that all correspondences are connected to your orders. I try my best to respond within a couple of hours. I am based in the UK (GMT) so any purchases from Australia, the US etc may overlap when it is night time with me. In this case I will reply to any queries as soon as I am up. My shop hours are 09.00-18.00 Monday- Friday. As a mum of three I try not to work over the weekends but I do check messages from time to time so if you have an urgent enquiry I will try and get back to you. I've already purchased a template included in the social media bundle, can I get a refund?

I'm afraid not. The Social Media Bundle is already heavily discounted and offers people the opportunity to make a saving buying altogether rather than as separate templates. Lots of strategy and design work has gone into these templates which makes them an absolute steal for the bundle price. I include as many pictures as Etsy will allow to show off all the content in advance to help to make the decision process easier. Thanks for your understanding.
