Can I customize/personalize my order?

Yes, most of our products are customizable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of customized or personalized items.

Can I have proof design before making a purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not send a proof design to nonexistent order, this allows us to focus on our existing orders and speed up the process.

How and when will I receive a proof for my custom orders?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days in order to receive a preview of your order. IMPORTANT We cannot copy the text (including vows, poems, songs, story etc.) from pictures or screenshots. The text needs to be typed, this will allow us to accurately paste it onto to your photo so it will be exactly the way you want it. We will send you a draft via the email you provide or via your Etsy account. PROOFREAD the text on the sample we send you. We copy- the text that you provide so we are NOT responsible for checking grammatical errors and punctuation. Once you receive the sample, please review before approving it for printing and shipping. The sample that you approve is the one that will be printed, there will not be any changes in color

How to place an order?

1. Select the size and ADD the item to CART. 2. Complete the payment. 3. Send to my email occanvasstudio@gmail.com or via Esty messaging system: - your high-resolution pictures. - your text(Wedding Song, Lyrics, Vows ... any Words/Text). - select your font style number (see photo #5 from the listing). 4. Once I have completed your piece, you will receive an email with a link to view your proof. 5. Once you have approved the proof, I will print on canvas your piece of art and ship it to the address provided during checkout.

The processing time for your draft is 2 to 3 business days. After the draft is approved we will print and ship out your order within 3 to 4 business days. When your order is shipped out you will receive a notification with the tracking number from Etsy. Depending on the shipping option you chose, the package will be received within 3-4 days after it has been shipped out.

If your item's tracking information says “delivered,” and you did not receive the package, please wait 2-3 business days as sometimes orders show up after they are considered “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time, please let us know. If the order has been damaged during the shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you. However before doing that, we will need pictures of the damaged product you have received, please take pictures of the box and the product.
