Creates an instant, alternative pull-up option. 25" spacing from ladder to pull-up bar provides plenty of space to hang rings or work front and back levers and skin-the-cats from the pull-up bar.
Attach at lower levels to create a dip station, allows you to do regular dip and dips with feet still on the floor. Dipping exercises are beneficial to any athlete looking to improve their gymnastic strength and mobility. Great chest, shoulder and abs training.
* ECO friendly furniture grade laminated 1" Baltic Birch uprights, preserved with natural, food grade mineral oil. No toxic chemicals or lacquer applied so wood maintains it's natural wood feel and doesn't get slippery when moist.

Pros: - Solid structure - Very fast shipping - The pull-up/dips station offers good distances (width and distance from the ladder) for various pulling movements. The adjustable dip width is a smart move. - Looking nice. - Using the drill head they provide inside the screw bags makes it a lot easier to tighten all the scews into the solid wood ladders. Cons: - Too expensive for what it looks and offers. With an $800 +/- price tag, there should be pre-drilled holes in the round pieces. - The pull-up bar in the pull-up/dip station, while having both ends tightened with scews, still squeaks and rotates slightly with chin-up/pull-up grips - very annoying. - There should be 2 velcro straps included for the pull-up/dip station, 1 for the top and 1 for the bottom attachment to the ladders for maximum rigidity.

Excellent quality and as described.
Pros: - Looks very nice - Relatively easy to assemble - Good instructions - Mounting to the wall is very easy - Holds my 240lbs just fine so far (two uses so far) - Packaging was fantastic - Shipped very quickly Cons: - A couple screws broke (this can happen with hardwood). I recommend buying GRK fasteners, they match the wood, sink easier, and won't break. I used them for half the build and regretted not starting sooner. - The plywood can feel a bit splintery. I tried sanding it lightly with 400 grit and that didn't help. My wife didn't give it two moments of thought before moving on so I am probably being pedantic.
