How will copper affect my skin?

Unless otherwise stated our jewelry is untreated and unsealed to further the positive effects that copper can have on the body! Copper reacts differently to every body's chemistry. If you find that wearing our products turn you green, it is a sign that you have an acidic pH. Science suggests the following ways to combat a high acidic pH: increase water intake (extra points with squeezed lemon!), increase dark fruit and veggie intake, and decrease processed starches and sugars. Any greening washes off easily with soap and water. You can seal the rings with jewelers wax/lacquer or even clear nail polish if you wish.

Unfortunately you do have to take care of their own customs along with shipping costs when ordering from outside of the US.

What is electroforming?

The process of electroforming is the harmonious performance of electricity and chemistry Working together in unison. This process allows for a metal to grow on a conductive surface. The result is an organically grown piece that is truly one of a kind!

I've heard of wire wrapping but what's wire weaving?

Wire weaving is a little different from wire wrapping. Wire weaving is a more intricate process and allows for more of a focus on detail. I usually start out with multiple large gauge base wires lined up. I then cut a really long but smaller gauge wire to weave onto my base wire. This helps create the intricate details that make my designs unique. Each piece on average takes between 200- 500 cm of weaving wire. That's up to 16 feet of continuous wire!

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was?

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location. Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch." If you can’t locate the package, you’ll need to place a ne manual order to have it reshipped. Then submit a claim to the carrier stating the current issue.

I haven't made this yet... I'm a beginner still getting the hang of actually bending the wire smoothly. :) But I've read through it, and it's very clear and easy to understand. It's a terrific tutorial, and I look forward to buying more from this designer.
