As all of my items are 'made to order', they are excluded from the EU Right of Withdrawal as well as return and exchanges legislation. This isn't 'fast fashion', it is custom-made-to order apparel. As per the EU rules, this places these items outside the legislation. However, to assist my clients, I do accept exchanges on some items for incorrect sizing. However, this is only in cases where a discussion has been had prior to order, and this will require that there is a discussion about this before the return can be accepted, to provide our shipping and return address. We will process all returns where we have decided to accept a return as soon as the item is received back to our store, replacements will be sent by express post as fast as possible. Be advised that as all items are "made-to-order", this will require that the replacement items are constructed and made from date of return received, so similar production and shipping times will apply as per the original order while we make a new product.

Our bespoke footwear from our in house brand Mr Bearfoot, made by our Spanish artisans team, is handmade per customer order. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct sizing on these items, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to client error. Please speak to us regarding your sizing or any questions you may have.

We DO accept returns or exchanges where any item is defective.
Please be advised that much of our apparel uses high quality digital scans of real artwork, which may contain brush strokes, pigmentation, colour fading and other nuances of the original artwork. Where possible, we have fixed this, but some very ancient artwork contains paint droplets, small areas absent of colour, and other idiosyncrasies which can't be adjusted without damaging the quality of the artwork. All features of the artwork will be included, which we believe is part of the unique charm of real art.
