We do not off returns and exchanges and we do not cancel orders as all sales are final.

Please note: Mother nature isn't perfect and some crystals or stones may have naturally occurring inclusions, cracks, nicks, chips, holes, rough spots, age spots, lines, marbling or any other irregularities. This is part of nature and it is the natural formation of the crystal or stone.

We guarantee that the item you see in the picture will be the exact item you will receive.. unlike with some other sellers who post a beautiful picture of the item but you end up with something similar that really doesn't look much like the picture at all.

We do our best by trying to take the best photos of the items we sell, but please keep in mind that color may differ slightly due to the different resolutions on everyone's computer.

I usually ship the same day or next, depending on the time of day and if I am home at the time.

Please Note: My post office does not scan packages and most of the time the package won't show a update until it reaches the state its going to be delivered in. So don't get worried if you don't see an update on your tracking number.

Custom Orders: Bling Candle Holders and Candles can take anywhere from 1 day to 3 days, depending on how many ordered.

All sales are final and any packages that are refused and sent back to me will be rejected, which means that package will be a free gift to the post office. There will be no refund!

Any items shipped to the wrong address (which the customer provided) and returned to me will require an additional shipping fee to reship it to the correct address. So please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct.
