🧡We do not provide proofs. Proofs can be see at Livefontpreview.com, this site shows your sign in the font selected as well as the dimensions of the sign.
🧡Painted Finish adds 3 -7 additional business days to processing time
🧡If you need your item before the estimated delivery date you will need to send us a message notifying us, We will do our best to meet your requirements, as long as a message is sent conveying your event deadline.
💙 Sizing is based on Width not Height meaning from the first letter to the laster letter. Signs with More letters will be shorter, than signs with less letters.
💙 IF your signs are suppose to hang together and you want them the same height please let us know that you need them proportional and the same height. We will do the combined total.
💙 If you do not specifically tell us that you want the signs to be proportional and the same height they likely will be different heights.
💙 If purchasing a family name that begins with the word THE unless you specify if you want it connected or separated we will decide based on font and number of letters whether we connect it or not. Unless you SPECIFICALLY state you prefer it either way we will decide and we will not send replacements becasue buyer forgot to specify.
💙If you do not specifically state how your want your sign we will use our best judgement. If you are ordering numbers or separate letters and need them a specific way let us know.
💚Double Check Your Spelling, punctuation and capitilizations, we will copy and past exactly what is written.
💚 IF you select a painted sign please be sure to pick a color from the color chart and include it within the personaliation box. If a color is not selected signs will be painted in gold .
💚Hanging hardware or stands are not included.
💚12 Inch signs cannot be more than 5 characters. 18 inch signs cannot be more than 10 characters.
❤️If you order one sign with a first and middle name at 42 inches wide each name will roughly be 21 inches wide. Please keep in mind that the 2 names will measure a TOTAL width of the size you select. (We do not recommend ordering a size smaller than 42" wide for 2 names.)
❤️ IF you are ordering a sign for a backdrop we reccommend at least 36 inches wide per word or name.
❤️ Signs that are over 46 inches will be broken into 2 pieces. This is to avoid damage in transit and damage handling. Letters will line up.
🧡If you have a specific expectation or request please write as detailed as possible what you would like done. If we have any questions we will follow up.
🧡Capitals and dots will be connected unless told otherwise or if signs is over 46inches wide.
🧡Orders that have a 24 hour shipping time frame will ship out the next business day if order is received by 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day.

For Backdrops, or above cribs or beds 36" is the minimum we recommend

6" Size is the size of a dollar bill. MAX 1 Letter

12” to 20” widths —— good for shelf, above toy box, kids desk, kid sized hula hoop rings. Not recommended for above cribs or for party backdrops. Maximum for 12" is 3 Letters Maximum for 18" is 5 Letter.

24” to 30” wide —- great for table decorations or backdrops with other items such as flowers around. Adult sized hula hoop rings

36” wide —— best for above crib, twin bed or backdrop

42” wide & above—— best for long names or first and middle names, great as wow statement pieces, perfect for multiple names, large walls or 8x8 and up backdrops.

If you need exact sizing since you are using your signs on a round base or a specific project that requires exact dimensions make a note at check out and contact us.


——-If you order ONE 36” sign with 2 names each name will roughly be around 18” each.


-- Sizes 50 or 55 first letter does not come attached. All sizes over 46 inches will be in more than one piece for shipping .


- Custom cut & finished with a CNC Router, which provides a better overall finish than laser cutters, which are more commonly used and can leave scorched, unfinished edges. unfinished wood signs may require some light sanding. Wood naturally has some
imperfections such small knots and blemishes.

| Processing & Shipping

- Orders are sent via USPS and/or FedEx and typically arrive within 3-15 business days.

- Items that are broken by the shipper in transit will be replaced and shipped within 7 business days. Buyer must provide photos of shipped items in their entirety and closeup of breaks. Additionally must send photos of packaging.

-We do not produce on the weekends. If you need an item by a specific day please contact us prior to ordering.

- We are not responsible for items delayed in transit. Please add a day or 2 for possible delayed shipments through the post office.
