All layaway orders are subject to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30%

• The customer is obligated to track payment progress.

• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin

• Full payment is required before items are shipped

• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale

• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.

Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.

We use 100% natural stones. All our products are made as shown in the picture however due to nature of the item there may be slight variations in the stones.

We strive to be environment friendly in our process and thus use recycled gold.

All our diamonds and stones are ethically sourced.

In case you are short of time and want an expedited delivery of ordered products, we would try our best to accommodate you. Please contact us before ordering so that we can give you the exact timeline. We might also charge a premium for rushed orders and expedited shipping.

Though our office is located in LA, our production unit is located in India.

Your satisfaction is very important to us! NON CUSTOM items can be returned within 7 days.

We do not accept returns for:
* Custom orders
* Layaway plans

All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging.

Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information on how to ship the item back.

We will provide the return shipping address. Buyer pays the return shipping.

We at ChicVida can not assume the responsibility for items not returned in prescribed manner or loss in Shipment.

We can also provide a certificate along with the jewelry. However it will be charged additional 15$ for each certificate and will also delay the shipment by 3 working days. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Yes, all gemstones used in our products are 100% natural. Each and every gemstone is carefully selected and inspected before mounting it on the jewel. If any reputable lab claims otherwise, we will issue full refund.

We have a very strict policy of disclosing enhancements to our customers. Some of the commonly accepted enhancements are as follows :

Ruby : Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a very common colour and clarity enhancement done in rubies. Around 95% of the rubies on the market are heat treated.

Sapphire : Heat Treatment
Like rubies, Sapphires are also heat treated to improve colour and clarity of the stone. Heat treatment is commonly accepted enhancement.

Emerald : Oiling (Fracture Filling)
Emeralds contain a lot of fractures within them and hence these fractures are filled with oil to improve the clarity and make the stone much more stable.

We accept and use stones treated with ONLY and ONLY the above mentioned treatments.
