🔹 EDITING REMINDERS 🔹
◼ Do not add information into tables or columns! The ATS tends to miss this information
◼ Do not add contact into headers/footers. If the ATS scans for the addition of these items, it might miss it in these areas.
◼ Unless directed otherwise from the hiring company, export and submit your resume as a Docx file instead of PDF. Although many ATS can process information with a PDF, Docx files tend to do better.
◼ For fonts, either stick with the ones recommended in the printable notes, or the recommended Google search. Some fonts might be difficult for the ATS to process, so double-check that font's history before submitting the resume.
