Large Tree Ring Print from a real western red cedar tree slice. Printed by hand using 200gsm Acid Free Italian Fabriano Paper.

Each print is printed by hand and due to the process each has a few small unique differences adding its own individuality to each and every one. Each print is unique and eye-catching, which creates a great addition to minimalistic black and white designs. Creating a conversation starter and statement piece for you, friends and family to enjoy.

Western red cedar has a long history in Native American cultures and societys, and is the provincial tree emblem for British Columbia. It is said to be a very strong tree and its strength is celebrated in its native land. In folklore and mythology tales say that a person could receive its strength just by standing with their back to the tree.
