BEFORE PAYMENT:

1. Send me a file with an image to be digitized via Etsy Messenger (or email)
2. Tell me the size or measurements you need
3. Tell me the format of your embroidery machine (pes, dst, vip, vp3 ....)
4. On what material do you plan to embroider the design.

After that, I will tell you the cost, and the estimated lead time and send you a link to the listing (via Etsy) that corresponds to this price, and which must be paid.

AFTER PAYMENT:

We'll start digitizing!

Estimated time to digitize:
Level 0 - Less than a day;
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 - 1 business day;
Level 4, Level 5, Level 6 - 1-3 business days;
Level 7, Level 8, Level 9, Level 10 - 3-5 business days.

When we finish digitizing, we will send you a link to download your design. By default, your order will be zipped, in the archive, you will find the design in the stitch format of your embroidery machine, the EMB file (Wilcom original file), and the Production Worksheet in PDF. If you cannot use ZIP, please let us know in advance, we will send all files separately.
