Is this a physical item?

No. All items in this shop are digital products. Nothing will be shipped by mail. Depending on the listing, you may receive an editable JetTemplate template, an editable Canva template, an instant digital download, or a made-to-order personalized digital file. Please check the individual listing description to see which type of product you are purchasing.

How do I access a JetTemplate purchase?

For JetTemplate products, a separate access email is automatically sent by JetTemplate, usually within 5–10 minutes after purchase. The email is sent to the email address that was connected to your Etsy account at the time of purchase. Open the link in that email and create your JetTemplate password. After that, you can return anytime at JetTemplate.com and log in using that same email address. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

What if I used Apple “Hide My Email”?

If you purchased using Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, JetTemplate may not be able to deliver the access email correctly. Please send me a message with your regular email address and I can resend your template access.

How do I access a Canva template?

For Canva products, Etsy provides a PDF instruction file after purchase. Download the PDF from your Etsy Purchases page and click the Canva template link inside. A free Canva account is usually all you need unless the listing specifically says otherwise. Please note that digital files cannot normally be downloaded through the Etsy app. Use a browser or computer to access your Etsy downloads.

How do instant download products work?

Instant download products are finished digital files and are not editable unless the listing specifically says they are editable. After payment is confirmed, download the files from: Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files File types may include PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, or other formats depending on the product.

How do made-to-order personalized digital items work?

Made-to-order items are personalized for you after purchase and are not instant downloads. You will provide the personalization details and/or photo requested in the listing, and I will create the finished digital design for you. The completed file will be delivered digitally within the processing time shown in the listing. Nothing physical will be shipped.

What can I edit, and can I use a phone or tablet?

Editing options depend on the product. JetTemplate and Canva templates usually allow you to edit text, fonts, colors, and many design elements. Some graphics or decorative elements may be fixed. A computer is recommended for the best editing experience. JetTemplate allows basic text editing on a phone, but fonts, colors, image uploads, and more advanced editing are easier on a computer. Canva templates can also be edited on mobile devices, but detailed designs are usually easier to edit on a computer. Please check the individual listing description for exact editing details.

Can I use my template again later?

Yes, unless the individual listing says otherwise. JetTemplate and Canva templates can generally be reopened and edited again after your purchase. For JetTemplate, return to JetTemplate.com and log in with the same email address used for access. For Canva, open your saved Canva copy from your Canva account.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are generally not accepted once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me. I am always happy to help resolve access or technical issues.

What should I do if I need help?

Please send me a message through Etsy and include the name of the item you purchased and a short description of the problem. For JetTemplate access problems, please also include the full email address that was connected to your Etsy account at the time of purchase. JetTemplate automatically sends the access email to that address. Changing the email address on your Etsy account after purchase does not change where the original JetTemplate access email was sent.
