Timeline:
Please allow 3 weeks from start to delivery. (Note: I may be able to expedite. Contact me to discuss further.)

Customizing:
After you purchase your invitations, please message me, and I will personally work with you through completion. Be sure to include the names as you would like them on the invitation, date and time of wedding, location, reply by date for your RSVP card, envelope color selections, and delivery address in your email. This is the appropriate time to discuss any time restraints or additional items, such as table numbers, menus, thank you cards, etc that you would like added to your package. Please allow at least 1-2 additional weeks for any added custom items to your overall timeline.

Proofreading and Approval:
I will email you a color pdf of your invitation for your review. Please review and confirm that the layout, spelling, grammar and punctuation are perfect and respond with approval via email. Once you have approved the digital proof, Hand-Painted Weddings is not responsible for any future changes or mistakes.

Envelope Addressing:
If envelope addressing is purchased, matching invitation fonts are used and inkjet onto envelopes. Envelope addressing also goes through the process of PDF approval prior to production.
