Take a piece of string or fabric tape measure, Wrap it around your wrist, and measure the length of the string against ruler, then Add 0.5 to 1 inch to determine the bracelet size.
Add 0.5 " for Snug Fit,
Add 1 " for a bit looser Comfort Fit.

If your wrist measures 6" select size 6.5" for a snug fit. If you want it to fit a bit looser (comfort fit) select size 7".

Great necklace, with the materials feeling very high quality. The only thing I would say is it does snag on my hair on the back a bit - wonder if maybe the clasp is a bit edgy. Otherwise really wonderful piece.
