Doesn’t copper turn your skin green?

Nope, not everyone! I have sold my copper bracelets to many people who haven’t had the green reaction. My husband goes green, but it’s really no big deal. The green washes off easily. If you are one who gets the reaction, let me know when you place your order and I can add a clear coat to your bracelet to prevent that reaction. It will eventually wear off, but you can slap a coat of clear nail polish on it to continue the protection.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping- International and Domestic

I ship worldwide. Shipping in the US generally takes between 2-6 business days from when I drop your item off at the post office. International shipping items vary depending on your country and customs. It can take anywhere from a week to seven weeks or more to get to you. Once I hand off your order to the post office, it is no longer in my control. VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and not something I have any control over. Items purchased can not be listed as a gift to avoid those charges.

Custom and personalized orders

I will not be able to reimburse for orders if the tracking says 'delivered'. Contacting your local postal service, checking with other household members or last resort filing a police report are the options that can be taken. If you like, you can purchase insurance for your package. Just contact me and let me know you’d like that option and I will provide you with an invoice for insurance. If your package is returned to me, a new shipping charge will apply. This includes both international and domestic.

What’s the deal with International Shipping these days?

Right??? It is crazy how long it is taking some packages to get overseas. I ship from Florida in the USA. Recently I’ve had packages take almost 2 months to get where they need to know when going overseas. They always get there, but it might take a while. I ask for your patience on this, as once I drop your order off at the post office I no longer have any control over how long it takes. If you need a package shipped internationally and are in a hurry, I recommend purchasing International Express. It is pricey, but it is the only way to expedite international shipping.

Orders over $150.00 will be sent requiring a signature for delivery. Occasionally they will need to be picked up at your local post office.

Please note: the color in the engravings will fade over time. Exposure to soap, water and other chemicals including chlorine, perfumes, sunscreen, shampoo etc. will accelerate the fading. The color can be touched up at home with an ultra fine point black sharpie carefully applied (excess color can be removed with a moist melamine sponge ( such as a magic eraser) or paper towel while the ink is still wet) or can be sent back to me any time for complimentary recoloring.

Bronze develops a beautiful patina over time. The color of the bracelets in the photos may not be the same color of the bracelet you receive, as these photos were taken at different stages of the patina developing.
