Can I place the logo from this shirt on my 15" bears tummy?

The bears tummy measures 6" tall by 8" wide. If it is larger then these dimensions , it would unfortunatley be cut off. The arms may also hide the logo a bit. In most cases the stomach is the best place to put the picture. I can also place pictures on the back, arms or legs. Another option I offer ,is having a memory pillow made. My pillows measure 16" x 16" pillows or 18" x 18". If your logo fits within these dimensions and you want to keep the picture as much as possible a memory pillow would be an excellent decision!

How can you make the shirt look recognizeable?

Each bear is specifically designed to use the details available to resemble the the shirt as much as possible. If the shirt has a button collar, zipper collar, button down strip, buttoned shoulder tabs, buckles, lace, sequins, beads, embroidery or a picture , I will add it to the bear. The bear will not recieve these details if a customer requests they be left off or if it wont cut or sew. If you are unsure, you can always message me! Details that interfere with the construction of the bear will have to be left off. If you are unsure if a detail can be kept ,please contact me . You are welcome to send pictures of your garmet to gain a clearer understanding.

What options are available, if my shirt is too small to make my desired bear?

In the description of each bear it states what size clothing would be needed to complete one or two bears. It also states what fabrics are compatible. If your clothing is too small I can add purchased fabric (no cost to the customer) or multiple articles of clothing can be sent.

The first step is to choose the desired items. You would then make your purchase and I will provide the address to ship your clothing to! I have 98 days to ship your item after I recieve your clothing .

How can you make a bear for a boy ,from a very femine dress, look masculine?

In cases like this,I ask that you let me know what details from the clothes you don't want on the bear, as I will make the bear look like the garmet as much as possible. In an attempt to make it appear masculine, I can make a bow tie or no bow instead of the typical bow with ribbon strands. You would need to let me know your wishes in the converstion or message to seller section.

I want to gift a friend a bear ,but I dont know if I can get a shirt from them. What can I do?

A great option that we offer in my shop is a gift certificate! The gift certificate will allow the individual to have the bear made when they feel ready. You can download it and insert it in a card. It makes a very thoughtful and kind gift. There is no time limit for when they can claim it!

Custom and personalized orders

Where do I tell you what I want embroidered on my items? When you are purchasing there will be a personalization box and a box that says " Note to Seller". In this section you can write the desired embroidery. The personalization box will reiterate how many characters can fit. If you need assistance, I am happy to help!

Are you able to return my remaining fabric?

Absolutely! If it cost exceeds $7 to return your fabric, we ask you pay the difference.

How do I ship the clothing?

After purchase I will provide the address to ship the clothing to. We ask that you write the Order/confirmation number on the outside of the package. If you have someone else shipping your clothing or a different last name than your Etsy Account it maybe difficult to identify your package and connect it to your order. Sometimes Etsy will not pull up a customer by name either. If your package cannot be identified, I would need to wait until you contacted me to know it belonged to you. This could create a delay in recieveing your order. Make sure you tape your package well when shipping your clothing. Placing a piece of paper inside with your name, confirmation number and address is an added security!

It is recommended that you wash your clothing before you send it . I also recommend that you spot wash any spills. Memory bears are not meant as toys. The eyes could be a choking hazzard for children under 4. The fabric has been used which means it may have been washed multiple times making it weak. Please do not machine wash the complete item. The plastic safety eyes on the animals could melt if placed in a dryer. Memory animals are best placed on display. Dogs love to chew stuffed animal faces. I recommend keeping them away from your pet.
