Please kindly double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as I’m unable to take responsibility for orders sent to addresses that were entered incorrectly. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship to most countries! 🌎 However, due to the variety of sizes I offer, Etsy often only displays shipping rates for the largest size, which may not reflect the actual cost. If you’re interested in placing an international order, please feel free to send me a message! I’ll be happy to calculate the correct postage and create a custom order just for you. 💖

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and unused. If your order was not damaged during transit, you are responsible for return shipping per Etsy's terms of service. To begin a return, please send us a message first to receive instructions on where and how to ship back your item. This helps us keep everything organized so your refund can be processed smoothly once the item is received. Thank you so much for your understanding and support of our small, family-owned business!

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we sure do, and we would love to have our items in your store! 💛 Please send us a message here on Etsy or visit us on Faire to get started. We can’t wait to partner with you! https://faire.com/direct/olivebranchfarmhouse

Do you offer shipping upgrades? 📦

Yes, we do offer shipping upgrades at checkout! ✨ Please note that upgrading your shipping will only affect the travel time, not the production time, as each piece is made to order with care. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we unfortunately can’t guarantee or predict exact delivery dates. We recommend using Etsy’s estimated delivery window as a helpful guideline.
