We can only apologise for this, and reassure you that your parcel was dispatched correctly and is on it's way to you. It may just take a little longer to arrive. Where is my tracking number?

If you selected STANDARD delivery, your order is NOT tracked. At checkout you must select the TRACKED or the EXPRESS option to receive a tracking number, without doing with we physically do not have a tracking number to give you as you have not paid for the service.
