Serhii communicated so well throughout the process and was very helpful. The shipment was slightly delayed but that was ok as it actually worked better for us that way. It took my husband quite a while to build the bed frame but it came together beautifully and looks as we hoped and imagined. Our little boy loves his new bed :-)
