Canada Orders
All Canada orders will be shipped via Stand shipping-Canada Post Regular mail. It DOES NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like expedited shipping with tracking and insurance, please select the upgrade at checkout.
All Canada orders will be charged sales tax according to your province of residence.
Arrive time: Approximately 1-9 BUSINESS days (varies by city)

US Orders
All US orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Airmail with tracking and insurance.
Arrive time: Approximately 2-7 BUSINESS days (varies by city)

International Orders
ALL International orders will be shipped via Asendia International Priority Tracked with insurance.
Arrive time: Approximately 2-4 weeks (varies by country)

Your order normally will be processed within 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE they are shipped.

Shipping time varies depending on method and location. Estimated shipping times:
Canada:  1-9 business days
United States:  2-7 business days

PLEASE BE AWARE
1: Once items are shipped, I have no further control on the delivery. The shipments will be delivered by your national postal service. I have NO CONTROL over your local postal service.
2: Custom delays are always possible and out of our hands.

It is very rare that a packages to be truly lost. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please feel free to contact us!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address.

PLEASE BE AWARE that we are not responsible for any additional import/ custom fees. Some countries will charge duties and tax and others will not, and all at different rates. Please check with your countries customs policies for further information.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:
1.The delivery date of the product is within the last 30 days
2. The product is in its original packaging
Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3. The product is eligible for a refund

6.Items which were modified, customized

Please contact us before returning your item for confirmation. A full refund is not guaranteed if returns are made without prior notification.

Any international returns made due to refusal to accept the package based upon unexpected customs charges cannot be guaranteed a full refund.
