When will my order ship?

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped USPS first class mail with tracking which is stated to *typically* take 3-7 days. Please be aware that post offices are closed on Sunday and major holidays. Please make sure your address you leave at checkout is complete and correct, as this is the address I will use to ship your order. I cannot be held responsible for shipping to an address that is incorrect for you, but is the one listed when you checkout

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. This has to due with everything being custom made: monogrammed or personalized. I will complete your order *exactly* how you leave the notes for me at checkout. If there is an error, I will first check the notes at checkout with you to determine if it was on my part. If there is an error on my part, like it was made on the wrong size shirt or the name is misspelled, I will absolutely give you a refund and send you a new, correct order. Cancellation requests are not honored, because I start processing orders immediately. Order changes are handled on specific orders, but are not usually able to be made from the original order.

What brands do you use and how do the sizes run?

For applique shirts for girls and boys, I use ARB Blanks. These shirts run true to size. There is a sizing chart picture in every one of these listings to help you. For bodysuits, I use Carter's brand. These are true to size.

How should I wash this?

All of my handmade shirts, need to be hand washed. Hand washing embroidered items make them look so much better and keep the shirts soft. You can lay them flat to dry or hang to dry. Do not put them in the dryer. They will shrink! If your shirt has sequin fabric or glitter material it is definitely HAND WASH only! Lay flat or hang to dry. Tutus are spot clean only. You will probably want to iron your applique designs to keep them looking crisp. I recommend ironing around the appliqué design, and not directly on it. Use your iron on a lower setting so you don't melt the stitches. I use a wrinkle releaser spray when I iron applique shirts before I iron them.

Do you do custom orders?

Not at this time. Please do not send me a picture of someone else's work and ask me if I can do it. If you like the shirt design in the picture you are sending me, you should just order their shirt that that seller has spent time perfecting and taking pictures of.

My package has not arrived yet!

Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Please be aware that it is the holiday season. Packages shipped during this time could potentially have delays on being delivered. Please check your tracking numbers, that are linked to your order. If there is a delay you will know by the tracking. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they leave my possession. I cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed with the post office.

The listing picture shows the design on the actual shirt you will receive, but customized with your child’s name or monogram (whichever is shown on the shirt). Fabrics or thread colors may be slightly different in the RARE case that if the true fabric or thread color becomes unavailable. My current turnaround time is 1 week before your shirt is ready to ship.

I am using ARB Blanks, Love That Cotton, and Blanks Boutique for my shirts depending on the inventory I have left and can still order.

All girl's shirts are PUFF SLEEVE unless otherwise stated or shown in the listing pictures.

If you are needing a LONG SLEEVE shirt, and there is no option in the listing to choose long sleeve, please send me a message and I can update that listing for you.

The listing is for the shirt only.
