Is Almanac a LUCID Member in Germany?

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). Almanac Co is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.

Are all orders sent with tracking?

No, if you require tracking for your order, make sure to add it to your oder at checkout, using the dropdown at the checkout page. We also recommend adding tracking to items that are gifts or not being sent to your home, eg a business address or independent framers.

My item has not arrived, can you help?

Etsy automatic delivery date estimation, should only be used as a guide. It does not factor in ordering over a weekend or delays at customs. Items being sent outside of the UK can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please be patient as items very rarely go missing but we cannot dispatch a replacement until after the 4 week period. Prints are unframed

Once your order is placed it will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location.

All prints are dispatched wrapped in acid-free paper, inside a rigid cardboard tube (A3 or larger) or hard backed envelope (A4 8x10" or 5x7") for maximum protection during delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your print(s). Please return in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once received we will refund your original print(s) minus the postage. If your print is damaged please contact me.
