Physically, it calms the whole body and releases muscle tension. It eliminates pain brought about by stress. White Buffalo 'Turquoise' is not Turquoise but uses that trade name at times. White Buffalo Turquoise is formed from the minerals Calcite and Iron. The mine is near Tonopah Nevada.
