USPS First Class letter mail tracking provides limited updates during transit.
Delivery can take up to 10 days.
Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons like Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.
Orders are sent with letter mail tracking provided by a program Etsy has with Pitney Bowes.
Tracking can be checked under the “my purchases” section of your Etsy account or on this link: https://trackpb.shipment.co/track
While USPS is the carrier, the tracking cannot be checked on the USPS website.
USPS doesn’t scan these when they are dropped off at the Post Office - the first scan is usually when they reach the local distribution/sorting center and the last scan is when they reach your local Post Office. Once marked delivered, the orders are usually delivered within a couple of days.
If your order is marked delivered and you have not received it yet, please allow a couple more days for USPS to deliver it.
