How do I care for my item?

There are a lot of factors when speaking about longevity of print quality. These are the recommendations from the manufacturer of each of the items I sell: -Crew Neck T-shirt (Bella Canvas 3001): Wash warm inside-out with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dryclean. -V-Neck T-shirt (Bella Canvas 3005): Wash warm inside-out with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dryclean. -Sweatshirt (Gildan 18000): Wash warm inside-out with like colors. Tumble dry on medium heat. Do not dryclean. -Tote Bag: Before cleaning the bag, remove all items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

There is an issue with the item, what should I do next?

It's inevitable mistakes do happen from time to time. Thankfully they are rare, but humans are not perfect. There are quality checks to prevent incorrect orders from being shipped out, but it can happen. Please send me a email within 20 days of the item being delivered to you with a picture of the full item that shows the issue. After the 20 days, it will surpass the time frame I have to remedy the situation. Please note, I am unable to grant refunds and/or exchanges due to incorrectly shirt size selected.
