From the first sketch to the last stitch, I personally make the entire dress by hand. Including all decor, exclusive embroidery, beadwork, even buttons, I cover with fabric myself in my studio. Therefore, the dress will be even more beautiful in real life.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard production of a dress to order takes at least 2 months (10 weeks). Urgent orders can be made within 20 days with a surcharge of 20%.

SHIPPING OPTION

International standard shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Express delivery within 5-7 days is paid additionally.

DRESSES ARE READY TO SHIP

The store has ready-made dresses: about 40 dresses are available. Please let me know if you need the dress urgently. To determine your size, I need your measurements (chest, waist and hip circumferences and additional measurements, I will send diagrams and a description of how to do them correctly). I will send the ready-made dress that you liked immediately.

PERSONALIZATIO AND CUSTOMIZATION

I create dresses for all our brides according to their individual measurements (I send a detailed description and diagrams on how to take measurements correctly) and wishes. I can combine details of different dress models (for example, skirts or bodices), change colors and fabrics.
I can change or add an ornament, embroidery, initials for your dress.
I can also create a brand new dress design for you. Tell me what kind of dress you want and I will do everything to get you the dress of your dreams.

REMOTE ORDER SERVICE

It is important for me that every bride gets the dress she wants. Therefore, I discuss all the details very carefully. I clarify all the questions that appear: color, namely shade, decor, fabrics. I send a lot of photos and videos.
- I send diagrams and a description of how to correctly take measurements.
- You will receive a sketch of the dress from me, which I will add to the package.
- I can also send fabric samples so that you can make sure of the quality of the fabrics.
- You will receive photos of the dress making process.
- I will send you photos of your finished dress before shipping.
- If the dress needs correction, I am ready to make them (the main thing is to warn me in advance and discuss everything). It is important that there is enough time before the wedding.
Of course, it would be easier for me if it were possible to try on the dress at my workshop in Ukraine. But I understand that this is impossible in most cases. That's why I carefully set up the order process so that our cooperation is safe for you and you get exactly the dress you want.

REFUND

Unfortunately, personalized dresses cannot be returned. But ready-made dresses from collections can be returned within 7 days after receipt. It is important to warn me in advance about the return.
