Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our products are designed, printed, cut, assembled and packed by us in the Nottingham. Some designs are hand-drawn, while others are created from carefully selected materials. As each item is individually made and finished, there may be very slight variations between products.

Where are your products made?

All BubbleGum Gift Designs products are made and packed in the UK.

What materials do you use?

We use quality materials chosen to suit each design. Most of our paper decorations are made from premium cardstock, usually between 250gsm and 300gsm. Any glitter, metallic, textured or speciality finishes will be explained in the individual product description.

Are your bunting and garland supplies ready to hang?

Unless the listing states otherwise, our buntings and garlands are supplied pre-threaded and ready to hang. Simply remove the product carefully from its packaging, unravel it and position the individual shapes along the thread as required.

Custom and personalised orders

On most of our buntings and garlands, the individual shapes can be gently moved along the thread. This allows you to adjust the spacing to suit your wall, doorway, table, window or party display. Please handle the card carefully when repositioning the pieces.

What size are your products?

Sizes vary between designs. Full product measurements, including individual shape sizes and overall thread lengths, can be found within each listing description and listing photographs. Please take a moment to check the measurements so you can choose the perfect size for your space.

Are props and decorations shown in some photographs included?

Only the product described in the listing is included. Any balloons, cakes, furniture, frames, flowers, tableware, baskets or other decorations shown in lifestyle photographs are for display and styling purposes only.

Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

We photograph and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device brightness and the materials used. Metallic, glitter and textured card may also look different under different lighting conditions.

Can I request a different colour, size or wording?

Some products may be available in alternative colours, sizes or personalised options. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your request. Custom requests are considered individually and may not always be possible, particularly during busy seasonal periods.

Can I personalise an item?

Personalisation is available on selected products only. Where personalisation is offered, the available options will be shown within the listing. Please check all names, dates, spellings and wording carefully before submitting your order, as personalised products will be made using the information you provide.
