Francella was absolutely wonderful! She responded right away to my messages and was happy to personalize one of the dolls for me, sending me updates and pictures. The package arrived swiftly and I couldn’t be happier, the dolls are exactly as described and pictured: great quality (and even held up in the washing machine, on the delicate cycle), handmade and I’m sure my kiddos will be delighted when they open them at Christmas.
