When will I receive my package?

All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, and depending on where you live, can take up to 14 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Where do you ship from?

As a global business, we have over 30 print studios located throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Our worldwide delivery is flexible and speedy, no matter where you live.

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Yes! If you decide to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from your purchase date to do so. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and received by our team within 30 days of initial purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item and if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed as a credit back to your original payment method.

Is Nbourhood available worldwide?

Nbourhood is largely available worldwide, except for select countries where we are unable to provide our products due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Unfortunately, Nbourhood is currently unavailable in Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We will continue to update this list should any of these restrictions change.

Are your posters copyrighted?

Yes, all of our artwork is copyrighted, including all graphics, photographs, and texts on the Nbourhood website. As a result, any redistribution or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.
