All items are handmade to order. We do not carry stock of any pre-designed items. Once your order is placed it can take UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS for me, the shop owner, to make your specific item, wrap and package your item, and have it dropped off at the post office. This timeframe is separate from the time it takes an order to reach a customer after it has been shipped.
Note; Tracking will show that an item is in "pre-transit" from the time the shipping label is created until it is scanned by the post office. In order to stay organized our shipping labels are typically printed days prior to being dropped off at USPS. This will fall in the "processing" time frame and does not mean that your order was lost or will not ship on time.

Yes! Our shop can work with you to create any design you would like, as long as it does not break any copyright or trademark rules. We are happy to work with other small business owners to create items with your business name or logo!
Custom orders can be for anything, custom orders may also include designs already in my shop that you would like altered to fit your specific needs (i.e. adding names, dates, or changing the size of a design, etc.)
If you have any questions about custom orders please message me PRIOR to placing your order. Mockups are available for $2.00 so that designs can be perfected prior to orders being placed.

Clothing items should be washed inside out in cold water and preferably hung to dry. Items may be tumble dried on the lowest heat setting and should be inside out.
No fabric softener should be used when washing, do not iron items.
No returns will be accepted for items that have been washed if damage to the item could have occurred during the process of washing your item.

Four Paws & People is an inclusive business. We offer sizing for everyone! If your size is not listed on the item you are interested in, please message me directly. Not all sizes are carried in stock, but any size can be ordered for any person!

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for different sizes, buyer must pay return shipping.

Returns: Returns are allowed on a case by case basis determined by circumstances. Custom items are not returnable. No returns can be made on items that have been worn or washed. Returns will not be accepted on items that arrived late *due to shipping carriers* so long as they have been shipped on time. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

If you have an issue with your order such as missing items, incorrect sizes, or a mistake on my part please message me so that we may find a solution! These policies do not apply to orders that arrive incorrectly.
