Where do I find the pattern I purchased?

After your order is successfully placed, The pattern PDF files are available in your Etsy account, under "My Account". If you are having difficulties locating the files you have purchased, try following this url to an Etsy help article that will walk you through it. https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 No worries, Grandma has you covered! If you still can't find your purchased patterns, send a message. Grandma will e-mail a copy directly to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please, make sure the address you enter to ship to is absolutely correct. If you placed an order using an incorrect shipping address please message Grandma right away with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. Grandma will do her best to change the address but can't guarantee the message will be seen before shipping your order. ☆☆If your order already shipped or was shipped to the address you specified when you placed your order and you need to change your address, it is the buyer's responsibility to do so through USPS package intercept: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm I cannot refund an order once a package has been successfully delivered to an address unless the package is returned to sender.☆☆

Do you use AI to create your cross stitch designs?

NO AI IS USED EVER IN ANY PART OF MY DESIGN PROCESS! All GrandmaBeWildin cross-stitch is 100% Human Made original fiber art designs and patterns since January 2020. AI is also not used to create my PDFs, my write ups (clearly lol), any of my digitally rendered mock ups, or in my very imperfect marketing. I just try my best to put out into the world what exists in my (albeit weird) stitchy little heart. Thank you for your support, human friend reading this, I truly appreciate you Xx SuZy
