Diane Oct 4, 2026

My key tags were stuck somewhere out there. I contacted the company with my concerns. I had my post office box address on this order. But they shipped them by FedEx to the post office. I needed these tags ASAP. The order was placed on 9/8 and was supposed to be here on 9/21. I felt they were not willing to help me. I felt they were blaming me for the delay. After many messages, they finally said they would send me out my order to my post office box. It arrived late so I could not use these tags! What a mess!!

Response from NewLight Gifts

Aloha Diane. Pardon we did not notice the address was a PO Box and strangely the shipping system still processed the label with FedEx. Message records show we responded to you right away and just had to wait a few days before sending a replacement in case we received back the package to not have to redo all the custom tags. On your second contact where you requested a replacement we shipped out the replacement the next day and there was no mention of you needing the tags by a specific day (just asap was said). We did our best to assist and in no way did we imply a "blame", we understand some things are just out of our control. If not satisfied in some way you may message us to begin to process a return and full refund. NLG
