* Our standard ring size is 6 (US) but we can adjust our rings from size 3-12

* In case of the ring is not with the size as you ordered, then there is no extra costs on the resize work; There will be a confirmation of your orders.

* In case of you would like to resize after you receive the ring which is with the correct size as you ordered, the cost will be $40 and buyers should be responsible for the shipping costs back and forth.

* Alternatively, you can also have the ring resized by your local jewelry shop which will save time and money.

* Please feel free to ask Rush order can be placed if needed. If you would like to do so, msg me before you place your order.

All of our engagement rings have matching wedding bands. Please inquire for pictures and pricing.

In case any alterations were made by your special request (change of size or length, engraved etc),custom design and special orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges since these items were made specifically for you.

Items that have been made in finger size below 4 or above 8.5 are considered custom orders, as well as items made in 18K gold and Platinum, and we cannot offer returns.

* We do engraving and if you need this, leave me a message about the words you want to engrave on your item, that charges $ 10.

* Jewellery certification will be charged $ 25 , by your request, is non refunable.

- Items on sale ( discounted) , costume design and personalized orders are NONREFUNDABLE or up to $ 100 USD charges for restock fee.
- 1 year warranty for broken prongs,accent stone fall out and other repairs for specific circumstances.
( Excluding center stone missing and item deformed by force.)

• Items altered by a third party jeweler may not be returned for any reason.
• Any shipping/ handling and other additional costs including importing tax, breakage fee and C.O.D will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the returning of items in order to issue a refund.

Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition to be accepted for a return. Returns must include the original receipt with the item. If you no longer have the original receipt, please provide a copy of your shipping confirmation email or online purchase receipt. Return the item packed securely with the original packaging and boxes. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please send us the tracking number.
Any returns without asking won't be acceptable, C.O.D won't be refund.
Jewelry Certification is nonrefundable.

Accept payment plans of Koala Jewellery Design is very flexible, it could be a weekly or monthly payment.
The minimum per payment will be $100 USD as a deposit.
The item will be started making once the first payment is received, ready to ship with the full payment is received.

We can hold your item for 3 months, However,for any reason the item is not paid in Full,the Shop keeps the 15% of total price, as a re-stock fee.

We do not carry any stock, all items are made to order.
Cancel the order or return the items would be a great loss for us. the items unrelated to the quality issue may be subject up to $ 100 USD to a restocking fee, depending on the specific circumstance

Please consider cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after the time will incur a corresponding processing fee of 10% of the item amount.
