The wallet is fantastic quality - we are very pleased with the materials, stitching, and personalization. We did experience trouble with the seller's shipping - when they transcribed our address onto the package, they reversed some of the numbers and our package ended up being delivered down the street. I had to spend a couple of days tracking it down myself, as the seller couldn't explain what happened (I eventually figured it out with UPS). So: great product, but logistics could use improvement.

STAY AWAY --- SCAMMER!!! This is an absolute scam! The wallet is awful and not as advertised or even comparable to the one in the picture. TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH 5$ !!! To make things worse, I sent the wallet back to him (costing me additional 30$). Now he has the wallet and money and refusing to refund or replace the wallet. Etsy please step up

The wallet is beautiful & workmanship is awesome. Great detail around the edges. Only complaint is it took awhile to receive it. But worth the wait.

The quality was sub-standard. It was supposed to be a personalised wallet but strangely, they wrote the name on the package instead of on the wallet. I asked for a return and refund and the seller was very rude, kept arguing with me, I spent 300 bucks couriering the piece back, it has been now 20 days, and I haven't yet received the refund. all in all, a very disappointing and bad experience and I think Etsy should also do better screening of the sellers that they allow on the platform and have uniform policies so customers don't have to navigate different policies for different sellers. I for one will not want to buy anything on Etsy website now as it has left a very bad taste
